## Refunds & Returns

We aim to provide high-quality products and a positive shopping experience. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Due to the nature of pet products, all sales are considered final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been used, opened, or altered cannot be returned.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue.

All return requests must be approved before items are sent back.

If a return is approved, the item must be sent back in its original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.

We do not accept returns for minor packaging damage that does not affect the use or quality of the product.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to assess all claims and determine the appropriate resolution.
