## Shipping Policy

We aim to process and deliver your order as efficiently as possible.

Shipping fees start from NZD 7.99, with free shipping available on orders over NZD 79.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days from Hamilton, New Zealand.

We use NZ Post/Aramex for all deliveries within New Zealand, with tracking provided.

Estimated delivery times:
North Island: 3-5 business days
South Island: 5-8 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary, especially for rural areas.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.

Once an order has been dispatched, any delays caused by courier services are outside of our control.
