## 1. Product Information

All product photos are taken of the actual items. Due to lighting conditions and differences in screen displays, slight colour variations may occur.

Handmade or special-material products (such as ceramic pet bowls) may contain minor natural variations or imperfections. These do not affect normal use and are considered acceptable.

Product dimensions are measured manually and may have a reasonable variance of 1–3 mm.


## 2. Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

We strive to ensure that all product information, descriptions, and prices displayed on our website are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Prices and product availability are subject to change at our discretion. Promotional offers, discounts, and pricing may also be modified or withdrawn at any time.

By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete. An order is only considered confirmed once full payment has been successfully received and processed.

In the event that we are unable to fulfil your order due to stock availability, pricing errors, or other unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.


## 3. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further information.


## 4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping fees start from NZD 7.99.

Free shipping is available on orders over NZD 69.

In-stock items are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Pre-order items will have dispatch times specified on the product page.

All orders are dispatched from Hamilton, New Zealand.

We use NZ Post/Aramex for all deliveries within New Zealand, with tracking provided.

Estimated delivery times:  
North Island: 2–3 business days  
South Island: 3–5 business days  

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary, especially for rural areas.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.

Once dispatched, delivery delays caused by courier services are outside of our control.

## 6. Payment Methods

We accept major payment methods available at checkout, including credit and debit cards.

All payments are processed securely and charged in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

We do not store or have access to your full payment details. All transactions are handled by secure third-party payment providers.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
